Isosceles Man is an improvising ensemble consisting of Alex Levine (guitar), Ben Rolston (bass), Stephen Boegehold (drums) and Matthew Setzler (saxophone) in collaboration with video-artist Simon Alexander-Adams. The musical material is sampled from a 40-minute collective improvisation with the quartet, recorded in Ann Arbor, MI in September, 2015. All figures/forms were hand drawn by the multi-talented Ben Rolston and put to life by animator Simon Alexander-Adams.
